Randstad Sp. z o.o. is supplier of customized solutions within temporary staffing, employee leasing, professional recruitment, HR BPO services and HR Management advisory. We are a part of Randstad Holding nv, operating in Europe, North America, and Asia since 1960. We have been operating in Poland since 1994, and since 1998 in the Łódź region.

We are the biggest Temporary Employment Agency in Poland that is a member of the Association of Temporary Employment Agencies (ZAPT). Every day we provide our Clients with over 6,500 flexworkers, of whom nearly 1,100 are in the Łódź area, which makes us a market leader here. Last year, 675 companies have trusted in us in Poland.  Every year about 18,000 people find a job as flexworkers thrugh Randstad in Poland. We are the first company in this sector which obtained ISO 9001:2000 certificate, and last year we were awarded the first prize in the all-Polish competition "Consulting Leaders".
