as the company managing the Lodz Special Economic Zone, informs about the following changes in advertisement published in Puls Biznesu on 25 May 2011, aiming at selecting an entrepreneur who will receive a permit for carrying out a business activity within the Lodz Special Economic Zone in the Sub-zone Kutno and will purchase undeveloped land property/real estate comprises plots of land No. 288/12, 271/5 and 819/1section 3-Skleczki, located in Kutno, at ul. Południowa of a total area of 4,1440 ha, disclosed in the Land and Mortgage Register No. LD1K/00038004/5, LD1K/00004235/6 and LD1K/00030372/9, kept by the District Court in Kutno, 5th Land and Mortgage Register Division within which business activity covered by the aforesaid Permit is to be conducted:
1/ pay the deposit (vadium) in cash (PLN) in the amount specified above by 19 August 2011,
2/ the tender offers are to be submitted at the office of the Lodz SEZ Joint-Stock Co. in Lodz by 22 August 2011, 4:00 pm at the latest,
3/ the offers are scheduled to be opened on 26 August 2011 at 12:00.
The other conditions of the negotiations procedure remain unchanged.
